Quan Fa means "Fist
Method" in Mandarin founded in Henan Province.Its roots are traceable to
Shaolin Kung Fu. The Chinese Physician Hu'a To is thought to be one of the
originators of Quan Fa. It is commonly known as Chinese Kempo. The system
emphasizes striking, immobilization, control, takedowns, weaponry,
spirituality and qi qong. It incorporates the Five Animals - Tiger , Crane,
Leopard, Snake and Dragon. It also includes Luohan Quan, Fujian White Crane
and Japanese Jujutsu. |
