Additional notes
Although White belt classes take place at the same time as
classes for other grades they are conducted separately by a senior
instructor. This allows us to cater for the specific needs of the beginners.
Black belts can take any of the above classes in addition
to special black belt classes on the following days :
Wednesday 7:00PM - 8:00 PM
Special kickboxing classes for karate students
Friday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Special syllabus training
Tuesday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Thursday 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
In addition to the class schedule the dojo is open for
students to use throughout the day between classes.
Regular : class which covers basics. Kata and some
syllabus work.
Special conditioning : all round strengthening of body and mind;
includes stretching, stamina building and body hardening.
Meditation : The meditation program is a non-religious
program that is open to everyone. The purpose of the program is to
teach students composure. “Meditation is a catalyst of wisdom and
wisdom is a function of meditation.”. Hence the program seeks to
strengthen and develop the mind.
